The culinary force and owner of Dreams2Themes has an eclectic range of experience and knowledge, from bakeries to specialty foods from the Mediterranean.  An experienced London restaurateur and delicatessen owner, Jon is the owner of Pompey Pigs and more recently Chichester Hog Squad (The Hog Sqaud), is now seen as a leader in its' field.  

With his strong team behind him, Jon can deliver everything to make your event a spectacular success, and that's not just the catering. 


As head chef of the company Chris brings in excess of 21 years catering experience to the team  of which 5 years has been with Dreams2Themes.  Chris constantly wows us with his incredible creations and his attention to detail is second to none, always ensuring quality and visual representation amaze.  It is Chris's precision timing that ensure events run smoothly and efficiently. 


Ensuring all events run smoothly and client’s expectations are met is Carla who has been in the service industry for over 16 years.  Carla transitioned to the catering business just over 3 years ago and is the teams Event Co-ordinator.  With attention to detail and a passion for perfection Carla ensures all your needs are met.


A veteran in catering, Kieron, our Senior Chef, has around 20 years of culinary experience and has been with the team just over 4 years. Keiron has a unique rustic culinary style, which enables him to embrace his creative freedom in producing dishes by thinking out of the box.   


Having worked with the team for just over 4 years, Lewis started as a Kitchen Porter, his energy and enthusiasm have projected him forward to the teams Kitchen Manager.  Always keen, efficient and full of innovative ideas, coupled with drawing on his Italian heritage, Lewis continues to inspire and create new dishes for our menus.


Front of House Manager for Dreams2Themes  is Grace, with seven years of event planning under her belt. Grace is an extremely experienced wedding planner and event manager and we are delighted she is part of the team.
